TERMS OF SERVICE
Content Policy:
All services provided by TheFreeForums may be used for lawful
purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any
information, data or material in violation of any English Law is
prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material,
trademark, intellectual property, material we judge to be
threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and
other statute without proper authorization. The subscriber agrees
to indemnify and hold harmless TheFreeForums from any claims
resulting from the use of the service which damages the
subscriber or any other party.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all TheFreeForums servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual
content, or links to adult content elsewhere. TheFreeForums will be the
sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present
content that may be damaging to TheFreeForums servers or any other
server on the internet. Links to such materials are also
prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
Pirated software
Hacker programs or archives
Warez sites
Illegal MP3's
Child Pornography
Hardcore Pornography
We understand it is difficult to constantly police your forums. However
we expect you to moderate the content of your forums regularly,
otherwise your account will be deleted.
TheFreeForums has the right to cancel any of it’s services without notice.
If your account is inactive for over 60 days then we reserve the right to delete your forums.
Languages:
Currently TheFreeForums can only host forums in the following languages:

However, support is only provided in English.
This is due to a contract between TheFreeForums and our advertisers. If
you require another language then please contact us via the support
forum. You will need to pay a fee to remove advertising for
non-supported languages, or your forum could be closed down without
notice.
Indemnification Policy:
You agree to use all TheFreeForums services and facilities at your
own risk. TheFreeForums specifically disclaims all warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no
event shall TheFreeForums be liable for any loss, or loss of data,
or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special,
incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that
it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold TheFreeForums harmless from
any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against TheFreeForums, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that
may arise or result from any service provided or performed or
agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s
agents, employees or assigns.
File Storage:
TheFreeForums servers are not to be used as a file storage medium. You
do have your own upload space and it is not limited, but this does not
mean it is not monitored. Allowing your users to upload standard images
that are optimized for web display is fine, allowing your users to
upload 3meg files straight from a digital camera is not fine. Anyone
abusing the file server will be warned via the email that they signed
up with and if you do not comply then your forum will be erased.
Terms
By creating a forum here at TheFreeForums.com you agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions and by all changes made thereafter.
TheFreeForums reserves the right to amend or change these Rules and Regulations at any time and without prior notice.
Advertising TheFreeForums reserves the right to alter the format/size/amount of
advertising contained within the forums at any time and for any reason.
Abuse
